Sitting Posture during Work
Many people face issue when they sit for 8 to 10 hours in office and feel pain in their neck and backbone. This is happen because many people have no idea that how to sit in a desk and what is their right position. Sit and support your back with chair. Your knees should be slightly lower than your hips.
Place your feet flat on the floor. Don’t cross your legs it will produce pain in your legs. Keep your mouse close, it helps to keep your wrist straight and avoid awkward bending.
